Celil Refik – classical guitar

Celil is one of the most successful guitarists of his generation, of Turkish descent but living in the United States. He winner of the Guitar Foundation of America (GFA) in 2012 and best new artist at the Donizetti Classical Music Awards (Istanbul). He currently combines his concert side with composition and pedagogy. He presents us with a musical walk from Isaac Albéniz’s Catalonia to Celil’s own popular Turks.
